In accordance with article 28 of the Law the lists of measuring technical means which are being used and are liable to be checked are composed by their users (excluding individuals who are not subjects of enterprising activity) and are presented for the approval to the corresponding territorial authority of the State Consumers’ Standard (Госпотребстандарт) of Ukraine.
